SAKURA MONTESSORI – Trường mầm non ĐẦU TIÊN của thành phố Hà Nội được Sở GD&ĐT phê duyệt liên kết giáo dục với Trường Mầm non Headland Montessori Úc

Trải qua quá trình kiểm tra, đánh giá nghiêm ngặt, ngày 27/10/2023, Sở Giáo dục & Đào tạo Hà Nội chính thức ban hành quyết định phê duyệt liên kết giáo dục giữa Trường Mầm non Sakura Montessori và Trường Mầm non Headland Montessori Úc. Theo đó, Sakura Montessori trở thành trường mầm non ĐẦU TIÊN tại thành phố Hà Nội được phê duyệt liên kết giáo dục quốc tế để triển khai chương trình giáo dục Montessori tích hợp giữa chương trình Montessori Úc của Headland Montessori và chương trình giáo dục mầm non Việt Nam.

“Chúng tôi tích hợp những điểm mạnh từ chương trình Montessori Úc với những ưu việt của chương trình giáo dục mầm non Việt Nam. Nhà trường cũng tiến hành điều chỉnh về nội dung, thời lượng, cách thức triển khai chương trình Montessori tích hợp để phù hợp với nhịp độ phát triển của trẻ em Việt Nam và truyền thống văn hóa nước nhà.” – Bà Nguyễn Thị Minh Huệ, Tổng Hiệu trưởng Hệ thống Trường Mầm non Sakura Montessori cho biết.

Headland Montessori là hệ thống trường mầm non uy tín hàng đầu tại Úc, với 4 cơ sở trường học và ~500 học sinh. Trường được chứng nhận về chất lượng Montessori, đội ngũ giáo viên trình độ cao, nguồn tài nguyên giáo dục Montessori phong phú, chất lượng… Theo bà Minh Huệ, việc liên kết giáo dục với Headland Montessori Úc giúp Sakura Montessori thêm khẳng định sự uy tín, bền vững và đẳng cấp quốc tế của hệ thống trường mầm non Montessori hàng đầu tại Việt Nam.

“Sakura Montessori cung cấp cho trẻ môi trường giáo dục được chuẩn bị sẵn sàng với cơ sở vật chất hiện đại, chương trình Montessori tích hợp, đội ngũ giáo viên được đào tạo bài bản và hệ thống quản lý vận hành chuỗi trường học chất lượng. Trẻ có nhiều cơ hội trải nghiệm để trở thành những học sinh độc lập, kỷ luật, tôn trọng, yêu thích học tập và được trang bị đầy đủ kiến thức, kỹ năng, khả năng tiếng Việt, tiếng Anh để sẵn sàng bước vào lớp 1.”

Chương trình giáo dục Montessori tích hợp sẽ được triển khai đồng bộ tại 6 cơ sở Sakura Montessori tại Hà Nội. Để đảm bảo tính hiệu quả của chương trình, trong năm học 2023-2024, Sakura Montessori liên tục tổ chức đào tạo giáo viên chuyên sâu với chuyên gia từ Headland Montessori và tổ chức Montessori quốc tế IAPM.

Tại các cơ sở trường, Ban Giám hiệu cũng sẽ lập kế hoạch dự giờ, giám sát và đánh giá chất lượng định kỳ theo quy định của hệ thống và Sở Giáo dục & Đào tạo về công tác triển khai chương trình Montessori tích hợp. Trên cơ sở đó, Nhà trường sẽ ghi nhận những kết quả khách quan, kịp thời rút kinh nghiệm và cải tiến chất lượng chương trình.

SAKURA MONTESSORI – the FIRST preschool in Hanoi to successfully have its educational collaboration with Headland Montessori School (Australia) approved by the Department of Education & Training.

After an intensive evaluation process, on October 27th, 2023, the Hanoi Department of Education & Training formally issued a decision on the approval for the educational collaboration between Sakura Montessori Preschool and Headland Montessori School (Australia). As such, Sakura Montessori has officially become the FIRST preschool in Hanoi to have its international educational partnership with Headland Montessori approved, which allows it to implement a Montessori integrated program incorporating both the curriculum of Headland Montessori (Australia) and the Vietnamese early childhood education program.

“We have selected the feasible elements of the Australian Montessori program and the Vietnamese early childhood education program and combined them both. We also made adjustments in terms of the content, duration, and implementation methods of the integrated Montessori program to make it appropriate for the developmental pace of Vietnamese children and the cultural traditions of our country,” shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, Superintendent of Sakura Montessori International Schools.

Headland Montessori, a prestigious preschool system in Australia with four campuses accommodating around 500 students, is recognized for its quality Montessori education, well-trained faculty, and varied Montessori educational resources. According to Ms. Hue, achieving the partnership with Headland Montessori will allow Sakura Montessori to further reinforce its position, sustainable development, and international standards as the leading Montessori preschool system in Vietnam.

“Sakura Montessori offers children a prepared educational environment with modern facilities, an integrated Montessori program, well-trained faculty, and a high-quality school management system. Children are provided with ample opportunities to grow as independent, self-disciplined, and respectful learners instilled with a love for lifelong learning. Moreover, they are also fully equipped with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and Vietnamese and English language proficiencies to be ready for primary school.”

The integrated Montessori program will be uniformly implemented across all six Hanoi campuses. For the program to be effectively implemented in the 2023-2024 school year, Sakura Montessori is organizing in-depth teacher training sessions with experts from Headland Montessori and the international Montessori organization IAPM.

At each campus, the Principal Advisory Board will make plans for class observations and periodic quality assessment as per the guidelines on the implementation of the integrated Montessori program set out by the school system and the Department of Education & Training. This will allow the campuses to be objectively aware of possible difficulties, and allow them to make timely improvements and adjustments to the program.
