To welcome a refreshing summer, a ‘super’ water festival has been organised within the Sakura Montessori system in the excitement of little students. This is one of the most expected learning projects, giving children a meaningful space for learning and playing with various interesting and unique activities.
Water festival – the most special event in the summer of 2022 is where children can immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere with a great number of games such as water slides, water ball throwing, fishing net, and giant bubble.
Staying close to nature, along with playing and exploring in the cool water, gets children so “indulged in”. The heat of summer seems to vanish and to be replaced with the cheerful laughter and excitement of little children.
By joining such a fascinating event, children not only have moments to enjoy themselves along with their friends and teachers, but also get a chance to develop and refine their skills, improve their physical health, and nurture their social as well as emotional skills and their linguistic ability.
“This is one of the special events that we want to give children before the summer break, for them to have relaxing moments with each other. As for students of 6 years old, the water festival might as well be the last event that they can join with younger students before saying goodbye to Sakura Montessori and starting a new journey. All children are eager for the event time. Putting on colourful swimsuits, joining various exciting water games, and playing with the cool water all get children excited. Looking at those glowing faces with innocent smiles, we feel so happy. Hope they have had memorable moments during these hot summer days”, said Ms. Vu Hai Binh – Principal of Sakura Montessori.
